Wellbeing Coaching

Our coaching offers a reflective, faith-informed space for women who want to tend to their wellbeing with intention. It is not therapy, but a supportive process that helps you notice patterns, explore what’s holding you and respond with greater clarity and care.

Sessions are collaborative and rooted in Christian values, with attention to emotional, spiritual and practical dimensions of life.

Who is this for?

This may be for you if:

 • You want space to reflect on your wellbeing with faith in view

Common areas of focus

Emotional wellbeing and self-care rhythms

Exploring how your emotions show up in daily life, including stress, low mood, or emotional overwhelm. Coaching offers space to notice patterns, understand emotional responses and develop realistic self-care rhythms that support steadiness rather than burnout.

Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or medical care and is not suitable for those needing crisis support or ongoing mental health treatment.

Our Approach

Our approach is to offer grounded, reputable support that honours both faith and psychological understanding, without overclaiming or oversimplifying the work. The focus is on thoughtful, ethical care that supports wellbeing in a way that is sustainable and honest.

1 / Grounded in mental health practice

Wellbeing coaching at The Women’s Well is informed by professional experience in mental health support. Our founder has worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), using evidence-based, low-intensity CBT-informed approaches within ethical frameworks.

2 / Clear boundaries and Scope

Coaching is reflective and supportive, not therapy. Care is taken to work within appropriate boundaries, with attention to safeguarding and signposting where additional support may be needed.

3 / A Multidisciplinary Team

The Women’s Well is supported by a small team of practitioners, including mental health nurses and assistant psychologists, who contribute their expertise while working independently under shared values and standards of care.
