Therapy

At The Women’s Well, we offer professional therapy for women who want a safe, compassionate space to explore their mental and emotional well-being, grounded in care, wisdom, and respect for faith.

Therapy is provided by qualified, registered therapists, and is distinct from our coaching and workshops. It is a confidential, one-to-one service designed to support deeper healing, understanding, and growth.

Who is this for?

This may be for you if:

 • Experiencing ongoing anxiety, low mood or emotional distress

 • Struggling with patterns in relationships, self-worth or coping

 • Carrying unresolved experiences that continue to affect you

 • Wanting space to explore thoughts and feelings with reflective support alongside practical tools

Therapy is appropriate if you are looking for clinical mental health support, rather than goal-based coaching alone.

How it works

50 minute, 1:1 sessions weekly

• 20 min free initial consultation

• Online (UK-based only)

• May be time-limited or open-ended, depending on your needs and the therapist’s approach

• Sessions are client-led, confidential and tailored to your needs

• Faith can be gently integrated into therapy if and when you choose. There is no pressure to discuss faith unless it feels relevant and helpful to you.

OUR THERAPISTS

Our therapists brings their own style to therapy and may use different therapeutic approaches, depending on their training and experience. We aim to match clients with a therapist whose approach best suits their needs. Your therapist will explain how they work and answer any questions you may have before or during therapy.

If therapy with us is not the right fit, we will provide guidance and signpost to other appropriate services or support.
