About the event
So many of us have learned how to keep going, but not how to truly rest. Between busy schedules, emotional overwhelm and the pressure to always be “on”, rest can begin to feel unfamiliar or even undeserved.
Be Still is a faith-rooted Pilates and worship experience created to help you slow down and reconnect with God, yourself and your body in a gentle, intentional way. Through calming movement, live worship, reflection and community, this afternoon is an invitation to pause, breathe deeply and rest in the presence of God.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted or simply in need of space to breathe again, this experience was created with you in mind.
